After lunch, continue to the enchanting Fisherman’s Bastion, a fairy-tale terrace offering spectacular panoramic views over the city. Built on the site of a medieval fish market and fishing village, its elegant towers and stone stairways are among Budapest’s most iconic landmarks. Continue to Heroes’ Square, Hungary’s most important national monument, where history, culture and impressive sculptures come together in one of the city’s grandest public squares.
