FAQs

General Information

VTL Requirements

To fly on VTL, you must:

  1. Must be fully vaccinated with a WHO-approved vaccine in Singapore or any VTL country. If you are vaccinated in a non-VTL country, it will not be accepted.
  2. Must have an accepted digital proof of vaccination
  3. Must have remained in a VTL country and/or Singapore for the last 14 days
  4. Do PCR (or ART, if accepted) tests outlined by both the Singapore VTL regulations and entry regulations set by foreign governments.

* Unvaccinated children aged 6-11 are not able to join tours to South Korea because South Korea only allows unvaccinated children aged 5 or under to enter the country without quarantine. Other destinations may allow unvaccinated children to enter. All destinations that allow unvaccinated children to enter will require them to be accompanied by a vaccinated adult.

PCR / ART Tests

  • PCR or ART Tests are required in order to enter a foreign destination and to return to Singapore. In both cases, it is required to take the test in a clinic or medical facility accepted by both governments. There are usually at least three tests required:

    1. Pre-departure test (Singapore – Foreign country): The test result must be issued within 48-72 hours of departure (depending on destination).
    2. Pre-departure test (Foreign Destination – Singapore): The test must be done within 48 hours of departure (we will assign the test location and time for our packages).
    3. Test on arrival at Changi International Airport: Register and book the test here. You will be taking the test upon arrival into Singapore. After the test is done, you will need to take a taxi to your home to await for the results to arrive.

Additional tests may be required, depending on the destination. We will highlight these information in each travel package.

Vaccination

  • A person is considered to be fully vaccinated if 14 days have passed after he/she has taken at least 2 dose of vaccines (or 1 dose for Janssen).

You can obtain a digital proof of vaccination from here (Singpass required). This will be needed as a documentation for flying overseas.

Vaccines accepted by most VTL destinations are as follows: Pfizer, Moderna, Janssen, AstraZeneca, Covishield, Sinopharm, Sinovac.

However, please note the vaccines MUST be taken in Singapore or any VTL Country.

Our Travel Programs

All our travel packages are between 6 days to 13 days.

In most cases, we endeavour to avoid having extra days that may incur the need to have additional PCR tests, which are costly. Our programs may have different itineraries catered to different interests and activities. You can find the packages in our homepage or in our menu above and you can click on them to find out more details.

Must I take the vaccine?

Most countries, as well as the regulations for flying on a VTL, requires you to have completed vaccinations. Please ensure that you are fully vaccinated with a WHO-approved vaccine in Singapore or any VTL country.

If you are vaccinated in a non-VTL country, or if you are not yet fully vaccinated, you may either be barred from entry or will be subject to quarantines in the foreign destination, and you will also not be able to fly the VTL flights.

Are there insurance coverage for COVID-19?

  • Every individual flying overseas are required to purchase a travel insurance which covers COVID-19.
  • As travel insurance are policies for individuals, our packages do not automatically add travel insurance for you.
