BOOKING

How does the booking work?

As soon as we receive your deposit we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking and any additional specifications such as meal requests (subject to availability). We request a refundable deposit of $300 – $500 that goes towards the cost of booking the travel arrangements. A booking is not confirmed if there’s no deposit made. We ask for the deposit because we must process the travel arrangements in advance, once a group is confirmed. This is the best way to stay focused on delivering the best service and the best product to you.

If at anytime you wish to cancel your booking, you may email us and we will advise accordingly if there’s any charges (you may refer to our booking terms and conditions). On the other hand, if the group tour does not confirm, we will contact you on alternate plans or a full refund of your deposit.

How long does it take to know if my tour is confirmed?

As we have a high volume of bookings, estimations will change but as of right now, we will inform you at about 4 weeks before the tour.

I am not a Singapore Citizen / holding a Singapore passport. Can I still join your tours?

Yes, you may still join our tours. Please note on the validity of your travel visa (if required), or you may contact us if you have queries regarding the travel visas. If you intend to depart from your country to join our tour, please let us know so we can advise the air ticket charges accordingly.

TOUR GROUPS

What is the difference between joining your tour groups and other/local tour groups?

We do our best to cater the best price available for our tour groups. For all our tours, your transportation are fully covered and the travel plans maximise your travel duration by catering various highlights in our packages. For our European / American tours, we will also provide a tour leader who will assist in all your needs locally to ensure that you have the best comfort in your tours. As our groups are international, you may request for a specific language-speaking tour group that allows you to fully understand better the local sights and history (the default language for all groups is in English unless otherwise specified).

What to expect in a tour?

Before embarking on our tours, we will provide a briefing for your program at approximately 2 weeks before the departure on what to expect in the tour. If you are not currently living in Singapore or unable to attend the briefing in Singapore, we will email you our briefing notes which details your flight, travel schedule and any other information to take note of.

Can I customise my program / have a private tour group?

You may request for a customised tour program to add/remove places as you wish. However, we will require you to have a minimum of 15 passengers and above to do a private customised tour group. If you prefer us to open up the program to the public, we will list your tour under the “Customised Tours” section that allows members of the public to freely join your tour.
