In the event of any discrepancy, the online booking terms and conditions will take prevalence over previous versions due to the ever-changing situations around the world.
Changes will only be updated in the event of unforeseen situations including, but not limited to, natural disasters, epidemic outbreaks, etc., and are updated for the safety of travel groups and members of the public. The terms and conditions will continue to protect the rights and interests of the Company and the Customers.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The details of your (“Customer”, “you” or “your”) travel booking (“Package Tour”) with Super Travels Pte Ltd and/or Super Travels Group Pte Ltd (“Company”, “us”, “we” or “our”) will be set out in the Pax Statement to be issued to you upon making a reservation with us.
The following terms and conditions should be read during the booking. Signing the Pax Statement or Tour Booking Form will confirm that all Customers in the booking accept the terms and conditions and abide by it.
1.1 TOUR PRICE AND TAXES
*As number of pax increases, the price may also increase. Likewise, the taxes are subject to change. We cannot guarantee the price or tax can remain constant everyday as it is live and current.
** Flight timings may be changed by the airline at short notice. The given time is an estimate based on current flight schedules.
1.2 BOOKING INFORMATION (TOUR BOOKINGS)
This deposit forms part of the final payment. Payment of the deposit and confirmation of the reservation does not constitute confirmation of the Package Tour. You will be informed if a higher deposit is required for your booking. You are also required to provide to us the passport details of all Customers in your booking. Failure to comply with this may result in automatic cancellation of reservation and charges will be applied. Upon confirmation of the tour, we will notify you about the tour confirmation and your balance payment is to be paid in full to the Company at atleast twenty one (21) days before departure.
MODE OF PAYMENTS
2.1 The Company ONLY accepts Cash, NETS, Cheques, Travel Vouchers, Bank Transfers or PayNow for balance payment.
2.2 For payments by travel vouchers, all terms & conditions stipulated on the travel vouchers have to be met before it can be accepted as a mode of payment
2.3 For payments by debit/credit cards, there will be a 3% service fee being imposed.
ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES AND FEES
3.1 Cancellation by Customer
A request for refund of a booking constitutes as a cancellation of the booking. Cancellations of bookings from passengers must be made in writing and received by the Company. You can cancel the reservation in writing, at any time prior to the departure date. However, administrative fees will apply and it is computed based on the length of notice period given prior to the departure date. You may also be subjected to non-refundable taxes or miscellaneous charges from third parties including airlines and other tour arrangements.

3.2 General Amendments
For any amendments to tour packages made by you after reservations have been confirmed, including change of departure date or tour type that is requested by the customer, amendments to air tickets or a change of traveller’s name (other than correction of typographical errors); an administration charge per amendment will be imposed by the Company.
REMARKS
4.1 Rescheduling of Tour by the Company
All Package Tours are subject to a minimum group size (to be determined by us, in our absolute discretion) before the Package Tour is confirmed. If the minimum group size is not achieved at least 14 days before the scheduled departure date for a Package Tour or if a tour package or arrangement cannot be confirmed, the Company may choose to cancel prior to its commencement. The Company shall notify of the cancellation at least fourteen (14) days in advance for tours. The Company may, at its discretion, recommend alternative tours preferably to the same destination or other tours to you, based on the tour fare of that period; or to postpone the tour booking to a later time. Should you decide not to accept the alternatives, a refund will be made to you, in accordance to clause 4.2 below.
4.2 Refunds
For payments made in cash or via NETS, cheque or bank transfer, refunds will be made by way of cheque. For credit card payments, refunds will be made via cheque or the respective credit card company, and a service fee of 1.5% may be imposed. Refunds may also be in the form of travel vouchers at no charges. All refunds will generally be processed within 4 to 6 working weeks from the date of departure on the most recent or updated booking form or pax statement. The refund process may take longer during peak seasons, due to the increase in transaction volume. Working weeks include Mondays to Fridays and excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
4.3 Travel Insurance
Purchase of travel insurance is strongly recommended upon the booking of any travel arrangement for the coverage of unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, personal baggage loss, personal accidents, injuries, illnesses, etc. All passengers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance prior to the commencement of the tour or travel arrangements. Under no circumstances is the Company to be construed as a carrier under contract for safe carriage of any passenger or his/her baggage and belongings. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage in relation to trip cancellations, loss of personal baggage, accidents, injuries or illnesses.
4.4 Confidentiality
The Company will comply with all relevant obligations under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) governing the collection, use, disclosure and care of your personal data. Every effort shall be made to ensure that the integrity of the Customer’s personal particulars and confidential information entrusted to the Company are not compromised unless required to by the law. The Company also undertakes not to divulge the Applicant’s personal information to any unauthorised third party without prior written consent. All Customers will be deemed to have consented to our collection and/or use of photographs and videos taken of them upon joining our tour. The photographs and/or videos may be used for advertising and publicity. Any Customer who wishes to withdraw his or her consent to our collection or use of any photographs or videos that may feature them, may inform us for such requests, and we will endeavour to remove any reference to such Customer from our advertising and publicity materials, provided always that we shall not be liable to pay to the Customer, recall or change any such materials or media programmes which have already been produced, publicly distributed or disseminated by us prior to receiving such notice.
4.5 Responsibilities and Liabilities
The Company and its associated agents act only as agents for the passenger and the transportation companies, hotel contractors and other principals involved in the tour arrangement. All bookings, tickets, vouchers and documents issued are subject to the terms, conditions and contracts under which such services are provided. We do not assume responsibilities for any loss incurred by the Customer due to your negligence, including but not limited to: a lack of relevant visas for travel, the loss of passports, insufficient period of validity for visas and passports. We assume no responsibilities for defective purchases or losses as a result of difference in prices from alternative goods for shopping purchases made by Customers during our tours. We assume no responsibility if overseas shops, operators or contractors offer goods and services to the customers, as well as any purchases made as a result, including on tours with no shopping. We also assume no responsibilities for injury, illness, damages, accidents, loss, delay , death or irregularities that may be caused to person or property. The Company and its staff, including tour leaders, reserve the right to implement measures to safeguard the safety and interests of Customers while on a Package Tour. The Company reserves the right to alter or modify the timetable, carriers, itineraries and hotel accommodation in any way necessary in the interest of tour members or due to circumstances over the operation beyond the Company’s control.
The Company does not accept any liability in contract or in tort of any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events which are beyond its control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on its part including but not limited to war, civil disturbances, fire, floods, severe weather, acts of god, pandemic outbreaks, acts of government or authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action. The Company reserves the right to cancel or change the tour arrangement for such cases. In the event that we change the itinerary, we shall endeavour where possible to arrange for the provision of a comparable alternative service or component.
