Information for Tours Operating on Election Day (May 3rd)
While we understand the importance of voting, the election date is determined by the government and falls outside our company’s control. Therefore, we cannot offer complimentary cancellations/amendments or refunds in this situation and are not responsible for guests being unable to vote due to the tour schedule. We apologise for this inconvenience.
Upon missing the election, any affected traveller can request to restore your name to the election department for free by submitting your travel documents. If you do not have your supporting documents, please call 6392 3688 to request for one and we will provide these for free.
