Upon arrival, enjoy a guided tour this city famous for its diverse architecture including legacies of the Roman, Baroque and Art Nouveau eras but owes much of its grand style to native born architecture Joze Plecnik, whose vision in the early 20th century transformed his provincial hometown into the capital of the Slovenian nation. We shall enter the old town to view the Opera House, Cathedral, National Museum and Castle. After a delightful dinner, depart for the hotel.

This morning, head towards the beautiful Lake Bled – a lake in the Julian Alps in northwestern Slovenia where it adjoins to the town of Bled. This area is a popular tourist destination for its magnificent view and beautiful scenery. Enjoy our time in Lake Bled before we head to Zagreb – capital and largest city of the Republic of Croatia. Upon arrival, enjoy a guided tour of Croatia’s capital including Roosevelt Square, the beautiful facades of Ban Josip Jelacic Square as well as the medieval upper town, the Presidential Palace, Stone Gate and Pope’s Tower. After that, have a hearty dinner before we retire for the day.

Bid farewell to the lovely Zagreb as we travel towards Croatia’s best-known national park – Plitvice Lakes National Park. Upon arrival, enjoy a scenic walk with a local guide strolling through breathtaking scenery of this natural wonder. Its 16 coloured lakes, wooded hills, wooden paths and foot bridges as well as cascading waterfalls make it one of Europe’s most famous and well-loved national parks.

After breakfast, continue our journey to Zadar. Upon arrival, if time permit, we shall have an orientation sightseeing tour of this beautiful city which was formerly under Venetian Domination for centuries and belonged to the Republic of Croatia after World War 1.

Today, drive through the Dalmatian costal route from Zadar to Split. Founded by the Emperor Diocletian in AD 305 when he built a palace for his retirement, enjoy an indepth sightseeing tour of this gracious city by the sea. We will visit Diocletian’s Palace – a well preserved fortress that was once encircled by 750 foot walls. Highlights include remains of the original palace and the Temple of Jupiter. Next, we shall continue onwards with a scenic drive into the rugged beauty of the Neretva Valley to arrive at the best-preserved Croatian Medieval City as well as the Liveliest Town in Dalmatia – Dubrovnik for our dinner and overnight stay.
