Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Amsterdam.

Upon arrival, we start our half day sightseeing of Amsterdam with a drive to the Dam Square and the Old Royal Palace, the New Church and the National Monument around the square. Next, visit a Diamond Factory in Amsterdam and see master craftsmen working on exquisite diamonds before some free time for you to explore the busiest place in Amsterdam, the Dam square. (NB. Visit to Diamond Factory, Cheese Farm and Wooden Clog Making Demonstration is subjected to operating hours and days).

After breakfast, we shall transfer to Giethoorn for our short orientation tour. Often called the “Venice of the North”, Giethoorn is so peaceful, so different and has such simple beauty that it hardly seems real. During your free time, gently glide along the small canals on boat ride (included) & pass by the old but pretty thatched-roof farmhouses. Thereafter, free at own leisure. you might want to join an optional excursion to Zaanse Schans & Volendam (with lunch) to visit a Cheese Farm, see a Wooden Clog Making Demonstration and stroll in a Dutch village filled with traditional costumes and wooden shoes.

After breakfast, we will depart Amsterdam to visit the Bulb Fields at Keukenhof (which is open from April till Mid-May). if it is closed, we will then visit Holland in miniature at Madurodam which is a miniature city with models of buildings providing the story of how a typical Dutch city has developed through the centuries). Next, embark to Den Haag. The Haag is the seat of the Dutch government and parliament, the Supreme Court, and the Council of State. Most foreign embassies in the Netherlands and 150 international organisations are located in the city, including the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court. We shall make a photo stop at the international Court which is also known as the Peace Palace.

Embrace this day to explore the Belgian capital, Brussels. A multi-cultural melting pot, which you will have an opportunity to explore our city’s highlights. See the Atomium, designed for the 1958 Brussels World’s Fair, then a visit to the cheeky Manneken Pis statue and stroll leisurely around the Grand Place, voted the most beautiful square in Europe.

After breakfast, depart for Amiens via Somme. Meet our Local Guide to explore the key battlefields of the Somme. Visit the Lochnagar Crater, the South African and New Zealand Memorials at Longueval, Newfoundland Memorial and Museum and the Franco-British Memorial at Thiepval. Enjoy a stop in Albert to see the church and hear the legends of the Golden Virgin statue atop – once a beacon to many soldiers who passed through the town during the Battle of the Somme. Thereafter, transfer to Amiens for our overnight stay.

This morning, After breakfast, we shall continue our journey to the Caen via Rouen. View the magnificent Saint-Ouen Abbey Church, Place du Vieux Marché to snap some shots of Joan of Arc and walk along the streets to the Parliament of Normandy and see The Gros-Horloge astronomical clock as well as the majestic Notre-Dame Cathedral. Move on to Caen for our overnight stay.

Today, we shall visit one of the highlight of this itinerary, Mont Saint Michel. Set in the mesmerising bay where Normandy and Brittany merge, the island draws the eye from great distances. Enjoy the magnificent view of Mont Saint Michel before we arrive in Rennes.

After breakfast, we shall leave Rennes as we continue to Nantes, where we can see some of the ruins of former Roman period. Upon arriving at Nantes, we can see the Loire estuary, the longest river in France and last wild river in Europe. Visit the Château des ducs de Bretagne (Castle of the Dukes of Brittany). Set in the historic heart of Nantes, the Château des ducs de Bretagne is the city’s most important historic building, along with the Cathedral St. Pierre. When looking at it from the city, it is a fortress with 500 metres of curtain walls punctuated by seven towers, all linked by a sentry walkway. Thereafter, continue to Le mans for our overnight stay.

After breakfast, Continue our journey to Paris and our tour will cover the glorious Arc De Triomphe that was erected in 1806 as a memorial to his victorious army. Next, proceed to one of the largest squares in the world – Place de La Concorde and a drive down the bustling Champs Elysees. Our greatest highlight for the day is the famous Eiffel Tower! Continue to the grand Notre Dame and pass by the Louvre Museum and its glittering Glass Pyramid.

Today, free at leisure. You may want to join an excursion to the Versailles Palace and Seine River cruise or shop till you drop at Galleries Lafayette. The choice is yours to make.
