3 Hours Before Flight Time
Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to the capital of Iceland – Reykjavik, land of fire and ice

Upon arrival, embark on a Reykjavik city tour beginning with Perlan (The Pearl) – a fantastic dome-shaped glass building supported by six massive water tanks with an impressive water feature that runs from the basement into the atrium. Then, visit the beautiful Höfði House and the Hallgrímskirkja Church, where you can admire the novel design of the Lutheran parish church tower and the Leifur Eiriksson Statue situated at the front. Enjoy some free at leisure time in the city centre before proceeding to hotel for a welldeserved rest.

This morning, enjoy a photostop at the hotspring area of Deildartunguhver. Enroute, you may wish to participate in an optional tour to Langjokull Ice Cave – Iceland’s second largest glacier. Hop onboard a monster truck for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure deep inside one of the world’s largest manmade ice caverns. The caverns are composed of an extensive system of tunnels and chambers that stretch close to 300 metres into the solid ice cap towards a breathtaking natural ice cave at the heart of the glacier.

Embark on Iceland’s classic sightseeing Golden Circle Tour to discover some of the most spectacular scenery and historic sites in Iceland. Make a first stop at Thingvellir National Park, a place of historical significance and geological interest where Iceland’s oldest parliament The Althing wass first assembled in 930 AD. Later, continue to the nearby geothermal area, a site bubbling with activity and an abundance of hot springs and see the lively Strokkur Geyser which spouts water 30 metres into the air every 15 minutes. Lastly, arrive at Iceland’s most popular waterfall, the Gullfoss and if you’re lucky, you might even be able to catch sight of a rainbow arching over the tumbling waters flowing into the deep gorge.

After breakfast, begin our full day excursion to Vik and set off on a scenic drive to view more of Iceland’s natural beauty with a stop at the unique Seljalandsfoss Waterfall – a narrow cascade plunging over a 60-metre-high cliff. The unique pathway leading behind the waterfall gives visitors a chance to view the falls from within. Along the way, we will visit the great Skógafoss Waterfall, an impressive single-drop 60m waterfall. Due to the amount of spray that the waterfall consistently produces, a single or double rainbow is easily visible on sunny days. Later, arrive at the black sandy shores of Reynisfjara aka Black Beach, where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll to see the magic of nature in the form of the black basalt columns stacked into pyramid shapes. Tonight, await for a chance to catch the Northern Lights. You might be lucky enough to spot the Northern Lights dancing across the clear night sky just outside your accommodation.

Today, depart for one of Iceland’s must-visit attractions – Jokusarlon Glacier Lagoon. Counting among one of Iceland’s greatest wonders of nature, this famous glacial lagoon offers a breathtaking experience, where you will feel as though you’ve entered a magical realm filled with floating icebergs. Next, drop by the Diamond Beach, which gets its name from the ice chunks fringing the sea

After breakfast, enjoy a leisurely drive back to Reykjavik. This afternoon, warm yourself up with a rejuvenating soak in the amazing Blue Lagoon(Comfort Package) geothermal spa famous for its healing mineral-rich waters surrounded by jetblack basalt lava.

This day is free at leisure for you to explore exciting Iceland on your own. You may wish to participate in an optional Whale Watching Cruise to experience some of Iceland’s rich and thriving bird life as well as visit our large variety of sea-life including minke whales, humpback whales, harbour porpoises and white-beaked dolphins among other whale species Or, consider snorkelling in Silfra and drift gracefully between tectonic plates floating in crystal-clear waters with North America on one side and Europe on the other. In the evening, partake in an optional Northern Lights Hunting Boat Ride chasing the Aurora Borealis right from the North Atlantic Ocean with the beautiful mountains and the city in the background.
