Welcome to Frankfurt. Upon arrival, we shall transfer by coach to Wurzburg via Heidelberg. Visit the Wurzburg Residence, The Fortress Marienberg is the castle on a hill across the Old Main Bridge, overlooking the whole town area as well as the surrounding hills. Wurzburg’s Old Main Bridge (Alte Mainbrucke) built during 1473-1543 was adorned from 1730 on in two phases with well-known statues of saints and famous persons. A similar impressive bridge as the Charles Bridge in Prague. Thereafter, enjoy our dinner before we retire for the day.
This morning, bid farewell to Wurzburg as we continue our journey to Rothenburg via Lauda Konigshofen. Upon arrival, we shall start our Rothenburg tour. In the tangle of Rothenburg’s quaint old streets there’s an attraction at almost every turn. We will do a quick breeze tour through some of the most interesting places in Rothenburg which includes the St Jacob’s church, town wall, Marktplatz and Marienapotheke – the town’s main pharmacy for more than 200 years, this building dates to the mid-15th Century and was the residence for a number of mayors, as well as being visited by guests as distinguished as Emperor Maximilian I.
This morning, we shall depart Rothenburg as we continue to travel to the medieval city of Harburg via Feuchwangen. Sitting on the banks of the Wörmitz River, Harburg is a pleasant medieval town dominated by an imposing castle, Touted as one of the largest, oldest and best-preserved castles in the whole of Germany, Schloß Harburg is without question the main attraction in the town and an important landmark on the Romantic Route. This structure has the distinction of never suffering significant damage in war, and was also the subject of an attempted bid by Michael Jackson in the 1990s. It was founded by the Hohenstaufen Emperors as early as the 1000s and underwent various extensions and reinforcements over the centuries that followed. The building that we see today is mostly from the 1700s, but there is a wealth of elements throughout the complex that indicate its real age. Thereafter, continue to Augsburg for our overnight stay.
This morning, we shall transfer to Fussen where our greatest highlight for the day is the opportunity for us to view the famous Neuschwanstein (otherwise known as the Swan Castle), mad King Ludwig’s fairytale castle. In the afternoon, free at your own leisure to wander around this mystical place on your own for more photo-taking till time to meet again for our dinner.
After breakfast, we make our way to Innsbruck where we shall make a stop at the Little Golden Roof in the old town. Thereafter, free at own leisure. You might want to join an excursion to Watten and visit the world famous Swarovski’s World or you might just want to enjoy a cup of coffee on the shopping street of Innsbruck.
After breakfast, we shall travel to Salzburg – the city of Mozart! Enjoy the views of “The Sound of Music” countryside as we start on a leisurely and enjoyable walking tour that includes the Mirabelle Palace. See the French Formal-Styled garden with the Prince Archbishop’s fortress Hohensalzburg towering beyond, the Residence Square, Mozart Square and an outside view of wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Birthplace at No 9 Getridegasse, Browse around the numerous shops along the Pedestrian Street of Geridegrasse.
Start the day travelling through the famous Salzkammergut (Lake Area) to Hallstatt, known as the “Pearl of the Salzkammergut,” passing many local villages on route which introduce you to the local area. On arrival in Hallstatt, take a leisurely lakeside walk seeing how the houses above you cling onto the mountainside which allowed Hallstatt somewhere to grow or you might want to join an self expense excursion to a mountain train ride up to the World’s Oldest Saltmines, from here a great view down onto Hallstatt, giving you both a magnificent view and helping you understand how Hallstatt started life. Thereafter, continue we shall continue our journey to Munich.
Free at your own leisure till transfer to the airport for your maiden flight back to Singapore.

This morning, we shall depart the beautiful Cortina D’Ampezzo as we continue our journey to Venice, a famous city of canals, gondolas and fantastic palaces, uniquely erected on an archipelago of 177 islands and characterized by its numerous canals. Our sightseeing in Venice covers the principal monuments around St Mark’s Square, the Basilica, the pink and white marbled Doges Palace and the world renowned Bridge of Sighs. Lastly, we make a stop at one of the finest glass blowing factories where richly decorated Ventian glass is made to world-class standard. Today, you may want to consider joining an optional gondola serenade along the canals. Of Venice.
After breakfast, we depart Venice as we continue to travel to the staggering riches Florence – a great city where Renaissnace Art and Culture flourished for centuries. Enjoy a Florence walking tour with a stop at Piazzale Michelangelo for a superb view of Florence. Next, is the lofty Santa Maria Cathedral, then continue to see the Doors of Paradise at the Baptistry of Giovanni, a matchless work of bronze which took Ghiberti 27 years to complete.
This morning, we shall continue on our journey to Rome, but not without making a stop at Pisa first with a view of the Incredible Leaning Tower of Pisa which is a must for every tourist! Thereafter, we continue to Rome where we may have some free time for shopping or photo taking of this Eternal City till it is time to settle down for our dinner.
This morning, we start our sightseeing tour of Rome as we proceed to the Vatican State and visit St Peter’s Basilica, the most famous church in the Christian World! Travel to the Famous Colosseum which once used to seat 50,000 spectators. Built in 72AD, it is the chief circus of the Roman Empire, scene of gladiatorial battles and her cruel glories of the Capital. Next, we proceed to the Roman Forum and the Victor Emmanuel Monument. Lastly, we shall make a stop at the Fountain of Trevi where you may want to throw a coin into the fountain and make a wish! After lunch, it is free at your own leisure for some last minute shopping.
Free at leisure till transfer to Rome Inernational Airport for your departure flight back home to Singapore.
