Upon arrival at Athens airport, meet and greet by your representative and transfer to Athens center, the capital of Greece – birthplace of democracy and philosophy. Check in to your hotel and enjoy your first day in Athens. You can spend your day in Plaka, the oldest historical neighborhood of the city, located at the foot of the Acropolis. This district incorporates and combines buildings that feature neoclassical and traditional Cycladic architecture and the ruins of the Ancient Agora. At indicated time in the evening, meet and transfer for dinner at a Michelin recommended restaurant. Return to your hotel and overnight.
Enjoy your breakfast and at indicated time depart for your sightseeing tour of Athens. Our guide will take you to see the highlights of the city: the Constitution Square (Syntagma), the House of Parliament, the Memorial to the Unknown Soldier guarded by the Evzones and the National library. On your way to the Acropolis you will also see Hadrian’s Arch, the Temple of Olympian Zeus and have a short stop at the Panathenaic Stadium, where the first Modern Olympic Games were held in 1896. On the Acropolis visit architectural masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally, the eternal Parthenon “the harmony between material and spirit”, the monument that “puts order in the mind”. You will also see the ancient theatres of Dionysos and the Herodion (no entry). Enjoy your lunch at local restaurant. Return to your hotel and free afternoon. Overnight in Athens
This morning, drive to Delphi, located on the slopes of Mount Parnasus, via Thebes, Levadia and the village of Arachova. In a landscape of unparalleled beauty and majesty Delphi, once believed as the centre, “Naval” of the Earth, is the home of the Sanctuary of Apollo Pythios. During the ancient times, at the oracle of Apollo, Pythia, the high priestess of the temple, under the influence of the ancient god delivered her famous prophesies. You will visit the Treasury of the Athenians, the temple of Apollo and the Delphi Museum, which hosts valuable pieces of Ancient Greek sculpture such as the bronze Charioteer and the famous athlete Aghias. After lunch depart via picturesque villages and towns of central Greece to Kalambaka. Check in to your hotel, enjoy your dinner and overnight
After breakfast, depart and visit two of the breathtaking monasteries of Meteora where you can see exquisite specimens of Byzantine art. Perched on huge granite rocks, the monasteries seem to suspend between earth and sky, providing a magnificent view. Each monastery contains priceless historical and religious treasures. Enjoy your lunch at local restaurant in Kalambaka and after start your return trip to Athens and Athens International Airport bypassing Trikala, Lamia and Thermopylae where a stop will be made to visit the memorial of Leonidas and the brave 300 Spartians. Upon arrival at Athens International Airport depart for Heraklion, Crete with flight. Arrival and transfer to your hotel for check in. Enjoy your dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, depart for your tour at the Palace of Knossos site, located a few miles away from the capital of Crete. This 3000 year old palace of the Minoan era was the center of the economical and political life of the time and is one of the largest preserved Minoan Palatial centers. According to tradition, it was the seat of the legendary king Minos. The Palace is also connected with thrilling legends, such as the myth of Theseus and the Minotaur, a half man half bull that lived in a labyrinth located under the palace. Continue to the traditional village of Arolithos where you will have a taste of traditional Cretan life. Here you will learn how to make “loukoumades” (Greek style donuts) and Greek coffee. Enjoy your Cretan style lunch. Return to Heraklion town and discover the “old town” areas of Heraklion, established from medieval times. The Venetian fortress at the harbor gate, strikes visitors first. Walk down 25 August St., a shopping street, located directly opposite the Old Harbor which extends to Lion Square, the heart of Heraklion and the Morosini Fountain. Return to your hotel, enjoy your dinner and overnight.
Enjoy your breakfast and at indicated time transfer to Heraklion port for your speed ferry to Santorini. Upon arrival, meet with your English Speaking Escort and start your Traditional Villages & Oia Sunset tour. Get introduced to the beauty and fame of Fira town and caldera by a walking tour around its narrow streets and its typical small white churches with blue domes, restaurants and boutiques. Drive for lunch at the traditional village of Pyrgos, a village found at the highest point of Santorini, with panoramic views of the whole island all the way to the village of Oia. This hillside village, a typical fortress settlement of the Cyclades, was declared a protected settlement in 1995. On the hilltop you can find ruins of Kasteli Castle, one of the five ‘kastelia’ on the island. Your final destination is Oia Village, the most photographed place in Greece, best known for its breathtaking sunsets. Small white houses tier the hillside, interspersed by splashes of rich okra, deep fuchsia, cobalt blue, oyster pink and earthy red make Oia a magical place. Enjoy your dinner and after sunset transfer back to your hotel for overnight.

Upon arrival, meet with your English Speaking Assistant and transfer to your hotel for check in and after for lunch. Enjoy your first introduction of the cosmopolitan Mykonos town with a walking tour. Mykonos town, or Chora, is a marvelous settlement situated on the western coast of Mykonos Island, positioned in a natural amphitheatre – a half moon city, one of the most charming in the Aegean. Admire numerous little whitewashed chapels, windmills, little Venice, captains and fishermen houses as well as a charming and ambient labyrinth of about 500 stores including restaurants and taverns, bistros and bakeries, bars and clubs.
